Some work just a few hours a month, and others work full-time. We were founded in Spokane, WA over 50 years ago, making us the oldest home care agency in the country. We are still family-owned, but backed by a great national partner, and operate on the principle that our employees are our family – it’s in our name. Our headquarters is still located in the Spokane area, but our culture extends to all of the communities we serve across the Pacific Northwest.
We include a group of administrative and office staff who work behind the scenes to match our caregiving employees with the best clients. We are nationally known and respected (seriously, check out our news coverage here), but keep our eye on the local experience at each of the branches. We are a company of caregivers and for caregivers – because that’s all we do!
