Recognition and Connection

We are always looking for ways to celebrate and reward our employees! Our local branches host fun events, send thank you gift cards to caregivers, and honor employees of the month. We often do drawings just for completing online training courses, host holiday events, and participate in community events such as the Alzheimer’s Association Walk.

Referral Bonus Program

We have an amazing referral bonus program where employees get PAID for referring people to work for us! You can earn cash bonuses that are unlimited. We call it our Buddy Bonus!

How it works:

• Refer a friend to FRHC
• Your friend applies HERE
• If they are hired, you receive $150*

*If both people are actively employed after 30 days, you receive $150. Every additional referral earns you more (1 referral is $150, 2 referrals is $175, 3 referrals is $200, etc), up to $350. Every referral is then $350.

Technology

We are a tech-savvy company, so you will have access to an app for clocking in and out, requesting time off, and accessing your benefits information. We also have an app for completing your client care activities. We are constantly looking to improve the systems and technology we use to make our employees’ lives easier. We have a call center that is staffed 24/7/365 so that you can always reach a real person for anything you might need.

Wellness

Employees who enroll in medical benefits also have access to 98Point6 and Incentfit!

98point6 is a mobile app that delivers on-demand primary care via a private, text-based experience, that is accessible from wherever you happen to be. 98point6 makes connecting with a board-certified physician as easy as sending a text or doing an online search. Any medical benefit enrolled Family Resource Home Care employees and dependents aged 1 and older who are enrolled in our medical plan can use it.

Employees also have access to IncentFit, a wellness program that has partnered with Family Resource Home Care to help empower employees to live healthier lives. Employees can earn up to $300 per year for completing healthy activities. Rewards automatically get added to your paycheck for activities such as:
