The Family Resource Home Care talent acquisition team is hiring for a Strategic Talent Specialist. This individual will drive community outreach and engagement to increase caregiver hiring. This is a unique opportunity to step out of the hiring seat and engage within our markets to increase company awareness and applicant flow! The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, sourcing and/or project management. This is hybrid role that allows for work from home and occasional travel within our markets. Job Summary:

  • Ad hoc caregiver sourcing on resume platforms and social media
  • Strategic focus (but not limited to) on community events, churches, job fairs, flyer distribution, refugee programs, and healthcare networking events
  • Serve as key point of contact for new community relationships
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to prospective candidates
  • Revisit previous candidates in our applicant tracking system to assess their current interest and send follow up communications
  • Assist with advertisement and organizing monthly hiring events
  • Report on metrics of sourcing activities
  • Manage caregiver job postings ensuring information is updated and jobs are refreshed as needed
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition manager regarding quarterly sourcing plan
  • Partner with recruiters and internal stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity for additional recruitment
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Experience with building community relationships to attain business/attract talent
  • 1 year+ of recruitment experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to function independently – must be a self-starter
  • High school diploma

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in the healthcare industry

Additional Information:

  • This is a salaried, full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Remote opportunity with occasional travel required (1-2x per month in local markets and 1x per quarter to other markets)
