Client 1: Monday – Friday 7AM-1PM (Georgetown area)
Client 2: Monday – Wednesday 1:30PM – 6PM (Rainier)
About the Position
This is a full-time position requiring about 40 hours per week. Candidates must be available Monday – Wednesday from 7AM-6PM and Thursday & Friday from 7AM-1PM.
Candidates must be able to work in Zone 3 and some of Zone 4, which encompasses areas including and between West Seattle and south Burien, and Rainier. You will be working with multiple clients during this time. Your mileage between clients will be reimbursed.
Our aim is to consistently match you with ongoing clients. If openings arise during your scheduled hours, you will be paired with clients based on your work zone and original schedule hours.
Reliable transportation and auto insurance are required.
$22.50 per hour

Caregiver Job Duties
Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):
- Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Cooking and/or serving meals
- Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
- Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
- Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
- Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers as needed
- Monitoring and reporting on their condition
Additional Information
- Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
- If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
- Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
- Ability to lift 50lbs if needed
- Ability to provide varying levels of care or be willing to train
- Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
- Current valid CEs if you are an HCA
